Zillow beat EPS consensus nearly double at 0.44 vs 0.23. Revenue upside was moderate. Q3 revenue was guided above consensus. The company has started to to offer quick-cash, as-is for homes and that has been able to see growth. However this is in competition to realtors and other online companies with similar business models. They view the housing market with a continued trend "reshuffling" of workspace from the "big cities". The company is investing a notable amount into it's business that is is effecting profitability in the shorter-term.
