The setup: bear flag

The result: Stopped out. Big time chase. I knew that of course, but I guess I was trying to do the opposite of what I was doing in other trades. There was loads of confirmation here for direction, but massively extended. Silly trade.

A look at the average size of the candles on the daily chart would tell me this was a no-go. I think I even was conscious of that going in.
