The NFT sector has recently seen an increase in volume following Visa Inc's (NYSE: V) CryptoPunk purchase and social media mentions.

TKAT started moving this day with no apparent news.

Since TKAT is known to spike, and the volume was significant, I decided to enter on the second minor pullback.

I got out of the position on an extended move, as there were large wicks on the 2m - however, th 5m shows clear movement with reasonable volume. Holding through and setting a stop would be equally reasonable. But since we are in August, it made more sense to take profits.

Entering on the third pullback is more risky, since an additional upward move gets less likely. The best strategy would have been to scale out, instead of closing the position, and riding the rest further up until stopped out.
