Main focus for today.
Had rallied from $140, now right in-front of major daily resistance level R1=$172, with 3/4-month worth of supply trapped at higher prices. Yesterday popped to R1 at the open but got annihilated, confirming seller/trapped buyer unloading. Couldn't even hold prices for 5mins before rolling-over.
Premarket plan was to get "short" at the opening pop to R1, expecting similar BRUTAL rejection there (like yesterday's), VWAP loss and a move back to S1=$170 at a minimum.
Looked good....for a brief moment. Opened right below R1, tried to break-out, got rejected,
got short filler size, risking a bit wide stop $174s, then added Tier 0 after 2nd R1 rejection & started holding below the level, tightening stop to $173, expecting roll-over and move to S1.
(-) Why stop at $173 and not HOD=$172.6?? WTF?
Rolled over, added momo tier, risking R1 to the penny for the add, wanting to cover some at S1, then see if it wants lower.
Never went to S1 and reversed. Got flat once it crossed $173.
(-) Terrible trading, terrible risk management
a) I was pretty confident on idea, that tried to force the trade, despite plan going the wrong way. So confident that I didn't even take the proper stops..Amateur hr:/
b) Stop for core should have been HOD=$172.6..Why the heck I am risking $173??
c) Momo tier should have been trimmed at VWAP remount, at latest after R1 remount!! Why the f@ck I am bag-holding momo tier all the way to $173??
Well deserved full-Tier 0 loss:/
