I had a really nice conviction on this trade after earnings it leaped and then has been flagging ever since. My thought was that the weekly chart showed a huge uptick in volume prior to this bullish rectangle and volume has stayed consistently higher since then. Also LULU barely pulled back when the SPY sold off early in the week. I really wanted to enter this trade for a swing to capture the IV when it finally broke out of the range but I knew I didnt buy enough time and the liquidity is pretty poor on the ticker. I just decided to renenter next week when I can feel more comfortable in the swing.
