Right off the bat I notice that I really over traded the shit out of SPY because the 0DTE options are so primed for potential but that excuse has got to go because I really only need to be in SPY when the set up is there. The trade I made on monday was a .15 fill that I let go to zero because I was hoping to catch the reversal and make 500%... What a silly idea. Well this seemed to snowball and the entire week was spent fucking around with these cheap weekly options and they really just ended up chewing through my BP and definitely commissions. My plan with next week has to much more solid and based off of technical analysis not a gut feeling or anything silly like that. Just because the options are cheap does not make it okay to have this gambling mindset that one of these lottos will hit… It is not worth the energy and time and would have been much better for me to spend my time going over trades instead.
