Another GREAT gap and go type playbook trade! I must say I did not use enough size on this trade. This was absolutely and account doubler. I watched the contracts I took 30-40% profits on trade to 300-400% before noon. The gap and go set up needs to be utilized more for me and used to make these type of trades a couple times a week. This will absolutely change my trading game if I can cement this style of trading as my own.

My strategy is to find a ticker gapping up on some news catalyst directly into a key resistance and buying as soon as I see the level show up on the bid side of L2. Size in with 20% of account risking 5-10% of premium. Add on dip if volume starts to increase but get completely out if the "risk over" level starts to get retested with volume. The idea is to start to scale over 30% profit and hit the bids on momo breakouts.

Lets go over some fundamentals:
Gapped up about 8%
Premarket Volume: went from 86k to 160k the 2 hours before the bell.
Gapped up into resistance at 93.55
It was so so simple to see this level as where I wanted to risk over.
I think it would be smart to continue to size if volume stays lifted asnd start to unload as volume pulls back.
The news on the trade was a huge buyback program that was unrolling.

I really want to look at setting up a scanner to check every morning for a ticker that could present this awesome risk reward scenario and I can size in heavy responsibly by adding into volume.
