I am actually going to playbook this trade because I was doing pretty good on getting nice entries but I just held the bag because I was afraid of losing my BP. I should never be afraid to lose my BP to take profit on a good trade that I made.

I think concept I want to add to my playbook is the way I accumulated my position on this trade. I really did a good job of buying at premarket lows and then watching it rip. I should have been scaled out of a lot of my position when BA start coming back down hard. I needed to raise my stops on this to secure the profits I had. Coming out of the day break even or better is always better than an account drawdown and I held this for 30% buy I had too much of my account tied into it. I really should have read the price action and sold on the wicking candle around 227. I would have likely broke even or better on this trade had I unloaded there and then used RH to enter a swing if it held levels.

How to enter this again:

-I am beginning to notice a pattern on the open where volatility is expanded and quite explosive with a lot of volume.
-When price opens up and fluctuates on high volume then it will cool off and volume will cool off and price will consolidate so i just need to wait for that to happen when i see this pattern occur.
-In my day trade account I need to be mostly out of the trade as it approaches the breakout level and leave a runner position that is about a 1/4 of my full size for the scalp/daytrade if it shows confirmation of a run then I can always re add my size but this offered a very nice risk reward and I just help for too long with full size.
