Grade=D
The setup: bear flag
The result: Stopped out. I thought it was testing the bottom of the opening range and was looking for some retracement of the gap up. Didn't get it. In future, if I want to take a trade like this, I should at least wait to short high in the range, so at least I have some buffer if it doesn't break the lower edge of the range. Plus, shorting a strong stock in the morning is low probability which is the last thing I need, no matter how great the R/R may appear to be.
