this was kind of a crappy entry. but i did like the fake out. got back in but had to close early with overall max loss hit.

i never move my stop. i play all or nothing i either hit +3r and take it or sell it at -1r. once i am in the trade i set both orders and one or the other hits unless it is 3:55 or i hit some targets on a macro level like max loss for the day/week or a trailing profit target on my overall account for the day. it doesn't matter if i am up 2.5r and it goes against me and stops out. i can show you over the last 500 trades this works better than trying to "manage" it for my style of trading. that is my plan i am sticking to it. i still track other methods of management but nothing beats 3r all or nothing for me so i am really strict in following it.

You should have sold some off ~$20.35 and moved your stop up, why are you allowing the trade to close out at a loss when you're up 35 cents on it?
