AMD was super strong out of the gate. I had made some money on a pullback to VWAP, but then I tried to get long and got stopped out twice. Price moved below 125 to about 124.25. I figured I could put offers up around 125, which is a key psychological level, and see if they got hit. It looked like if it could break lower, then the opening prices would be in play around 122. My offers got taken and I put my stop above VWAP at around the 125.50 area. I did like that it failed at VWAP and then was holding below. The trade quickly started working and I was scaling out on the way towards my target. I got off a few shares below 122 and completely covered on a big green bar above 122.
