energy stocks have perked up a bit. I was thinking of trading ENPH but my history is bad with it and it seems to just trade flat on gaps like today(like it uses all its range)
RUN has been trending as well but is not too extended here. Its also trading above the 200sma compared to some other names in the sector.
Intraday it gapped up and i wanted to see if it held. I never have luck trading these if i wait for the secondary play. They seem to move right away and use up alot of their range. As soon as it pushed at the open showing some direction i entered.
It moved pretty fast so i sold half. I moved my stop to my entry to protect myself from a pullback into the gap. it started to slow down and i figured the turn was coming so i sold the rest. I felt like it was up soo much from yesterday that i shouldnt mess around here too long.
