Entry: SPY was about to go green-to-red (which it didn't eventually) and here I saw a nice pullback to 9EMA. I was a little late and chased though.

Exit: there was resistance in the $45-s and I sold into that. I sold the last part when it didn't break the HOD and seemed to be reversing.
