This one I had an error on due to ThinkOrSwim operating slowly and order updates lagging. I issued a cancel of my order for 500, replacing it with an order for 700 based on a different stop sizing, but the 500 didn't actually cancel in the background when it seemed to - there was a lag. And then both orders got executed together. So I was in 1200 shares, and before I could get myself together to get out of it, it started falling and stopped me out eventually. I should have just gotten flat immediately, and this will be a rule from now on -- if I'm oversized, immediately go flat or immediately cancel the oversized shares at market regardless of the loss.
