Pattern started to change and support was being established. I got filled 0.20+ cents off what i wanted and i dint like my risk due to the spread. So i got out and missed the move ^ ^

This thing moves so fast...it's nuts. Do you watch IBB to determine if its a good time to get in? If not, give it a look, I think it would have kept you in the trade if you saw how it was rolling over in a picture perfect way.

Yes it does :) I don't and i know i should but i keep forgetting it!! I also need to do the same with gold and oil!
