Stock kept holding, going over/under 5 and holding, making higher lows, got in on the break of that base for a spike to HOD. Tried to get out some at 5.25 as big resistance was there, couldn't get filled, stopped out flat.

Reasons to sell: no follow through, low float so thought it would move hard to HOD
