today was a rather interesting day it was the FOMC meeting
today they were announcing around 2pm whether or not they would raise interest rates for the following year. announcement came out and i was looking at the charts and saw a high amount of orders on spy and volume coming in got in spx 0dte and played it for a nice quick gain.
i was in and out in 1 minute but the premium moved about 2 dollars.
spx did wind up moving about 80-90 pts on this day.
i did feel uneasy and not sure how to trade to the upside.
i saw the green candles and some pullback but i felt like this could tank or pullback hard.
FOMC i will wait til the announcements are made and trade the aftermath as the market was choppy all day
