I remeber that the SPY was very choppy and not much MOMO and i thought to my self it was not worth trading but stupid me decided to stay.
I was right on my first trade but then that is when the problems started because I kept cutting losses but then reentering lower and chasing.
I ended up buying puts and going to bed, but then I did not not that J powell was going to be talking and the market bounces like crazy.
The next morning I thought we might collapse but as there was a spike I panic covered which causes me to top tick my PUT and APPL has crashed since then. Fuck me this hurts.
When I sold it looks liked a PSF #5 which is the bounce short but I was scard.
