I had about -250 dollars realised already. I was tired and feeling stressed and just wanted to make money.

Revenge trading is a struggle for me. i tried to short the small bounce, but these large caps move slowly. I also have a rule not to trade after 10:30am and I did.

broke to many rules today and I paided for it dearly.

I some times struggle with revenge trading too. Or worse, bored trading. Trading without a plan or set up. Always having the feeling of needing of be in a trade. Takes a lot of discipline and mental energy to combat. Hang in there!
