Saw BKKT getting volume just over 1million shares after 7am in premarket. Breaking out above 5.50 level. Symbol had fresh news and a lowish float 40million shares. I did not love the news headline but figured this one may go to 8 today if volume poured in (see daily chart for R&S @ $6.50 & $8). My plan was to build into size up to 1000 shares for the break off 6.50 on the opening drive… longshot trade.

@ 7:22 got long 100 share feeler on pullback under 6. This pullback was not super clean and had no respect for vwap. I had no intention of adding to this unless it got back over 6.

@7:39 stock had pulled back, and volume had evaporated. No reason to continue holding this. Cut the trade. Symbol continued lower
