What a miss overall!!
Got in at low 2.00s half position risking towards 1.80s It pulled and tested 1.90s and held and moved back over 2.00 I knew 2.10 was a small resistance area and if it could break above that, it could potentially go. So it popped over it and I emotionally took the offer to get into my full position.. Then it moved back down to test low 2.00s again and held. If I was more patient, I could have gotten the other half around low 2.00s instead of 2.12 area. That higher low though was great confirmation that it's holding up and will be making a move higher. I'm stuck under the PDT so I am trying to plan out my trades and for this particular trade, I was not able to scale out due to the PDT. So I knew I only had one shot to exit.
Made a huge mistake and put on a trailing stop of 5 cents.. and it got triggered 6 minutes right before the huge run up towards 3.00s.. I profited like 20-25 cents total when I could have gotten at least double that. Lesson learned.. Bad time to test out a trailing stop.
If I'm watching it, do not put a trailing stop. If I do put one, I have to calculate the range a bit better for the trailing stop.

I just had my best day yet, but could have been way way better if I would learn to exit my winning trades correctly! Haha.
I must learn to NOT minimize on my winners. Like this MCUR trade and also on my SUNE trade on 11/25.
What suggestions do you have in regards to getting around the PDT?
11/24* sorry. Was importing my trades and it was around midnight and the date changed and I did not notice.

i think your first entry might have been a little premature- neither a high degree of setup confirmation nor the best r/r at that spot... but where your second buy was that much better in the sense that it was a nice ema remount after the quick dip buy to remount 2.. had the right idea on the sell spot too, we gotta get you around the PDT so you can let half ride instead of selling the full posi.. overall still a nice trade with the right idea!
