     * Holding above/below VWAP
      * No long term technical support/resistance in sight
       * Staircase stepping up/down on visually on the chart

    * scale out on strong move in my direction, with possibility adding back on 
              next consolidation

after a pull back spy has consolidated for last 3 trading days, will be looking for a move outside of the range.

Long term Technical Analysis

stock pullback to a 52week low and had a bounce the previous day ahead of the earnings as a possible sale of the company.

scaled into position as it broke through pre mkt high. 1st exit was a move through
full atr, 2nd exit could have held to my target of 34.17 ( however should have keep postion as this was a good area to add after consolidating and breaking out of a flag, 3rd exit set a oco order to sell remaing postion on a break up on 9ema at 35.25 and a profit target at 37.25 ( however I feel since this was a CIF trade the last part should have been a trade to hold into the close).
