Entry: shorted a bounce in a bearish trend on the 5m. The daily was up against resistance and had put in a spike the previous day. The SPY was also down. The news on Yahoo was also mixed on stories of them selling off some of their business.

Result: I got my move and the entry looks good now. I covered 1/3 and let the rest run and waited patiently to get close to 35 to cover the 2nd 1/3. I tightened my stop and got taken out at 35.18. At the time of this writing price still hasn't cracked 35 but it looks to be approaching for another test.
