Thought it was going to turn around at this point but broke down. Happy I was discipline each time I took a loss today. Today was a big losing day for me w. many failed trades. I dint prepare this morning and haven't been reviewing the past few days trading and wasn't necessarily in the mood or had the motivation to trade. I shouldve listened to my mind and body telling me to take a break.
