The morning was primed for lower movement based on China's lockdown of a sector in the cities known for technology and now a COVID outbreak. The threat of COVID and increasing inflation pushed the market to resistance than lower lows. While oil was returning to normalized levels around 100, my focus was to see the China news affect market competitors of TSLA. These mainly being NIO & XPEV were now sharply weaker than the sector. Will this fundamental change in the sector give TSLA legs back to 800s, potentially 850 with strong market reactions to the levels. I am anxious to watch this play out as I follow the SMB lessons to trade changing fundamentals trades solely.
