Entry: bear flag. I was watching the spy and was looking for it to roll over.
Result: Stopped out. My entry looks bad. I was micromanaging the price action, but should have been paying closer attention to the levels and what constitutes a good entry level. If it was too late, so be it and look for the next setup.
Lesson: I should have noticed that the chop zone was between 49 and 51 and looked for a short entry high in that zone if that was my idea. Things would have looked a lot better about 20min later.
