Strategy: Breakout/Fade off of momentum

Expectation: An aggressive move to lows off of the -1 standard deviation (VWAP)

Tape sped up, -56-60 and so on. My initial entry was meant to be at 128 but it didn't get that high so I only got filled on one. Tape continually sped up, eliminating buy imbalances and 0 auctions at the bottom of rotations. After a bearing close on the 525, I moved my stop down to just above the 525 candle. Hopped into this trade in front of a couple of sell imbalances on the tape after observing significant strength (delta flipped on footprint). During the trade I created a couple new affirmations 1. "Patience=profit", and repeatedly wrote down "Process/Profits".

I wasn't mentally the strongest during that trade but THAT DID NOT MATTER, my mindset must be focused in and around the idea that 1 outcome does not matter. The next 10 outcomes matter.
