traded amazon virtually the same way i traded it yesterday only today i tried "trading around a core" a little bit more than i normally would. same move in the morning it broke down, pulled back this time it actually held above vwap for a little bit. on the five minute timeframe you can see a perfect lower trendline for the bear flag. i started shorting when it broke that trend line and the vwap which happened at the same time. covered some into the first wash and re- added on the next pop into its 20ema on the 5 minute chart. took some off shortly after and then rode about 1/2 of my position for the wash. when spy ripped back up EOD it took amzn with it, lightened up a little bit to give myself room but it continued against me and i got out for even on the last portion when price action almost matched the price of my average at that time. still plus 150 some dollars on the trade im not complaining!

pros: held and added with conviction on first pop i had. covered into washes well, better hold patience than yesterdays trade/ didnt blow my mental capital

cons: got greedy on my last partial when i could have got out earlier at a better price, should have taken more off at 522 than i did.
