traded spx saw the sell off at the supply zone.
was ok but saw that spx was stalling at around the area i got in.
it was around the 10 am hour.
also the strike price i chose was way out the money so the premium didnt move much.
got out for break even
didnt like the consolidating movement and we were in a demand zone

second trade saw we were at a supply zone
despite us creating a bullflag and things were holding i took a quick scalp
spy rejected vwap also
and at a supply zone
typically this hour things slow down.
