one of those days that just makes you wanna give up... tried to switch to short as it looked to break down under 6.50 intraday which was the VWAP and where it bearish crossed the 9 and 20 MA's i believe...

It's a tough market. If you overtrade or jump the gun you will lose. I have only been trading a few hours a day and just locking my gains. Otherwise I just overtrade and give em all back.
