UPRO Trade on Feb 9, 2016 13:30 from tsun: Tradervue User Stock Trades.

As soon as UPRO broke 45.2 area, I shorted on the pop back into 45.2 but did not really have a plan nor was I watching this during the day. I just put on the trade just to see if the downtrend would continue.

I held through the 130pm meeting and covered for a loss when I got back.

Again, use stop loss when away from desk and I feel like I have followed this rule but obviously need to learn to respect it. Also if I know there is a meeting coming up, don't force trades and don't feel like you have to make a trade just to make a trade to make money back.
