I had been watching SPY along with this trade. I was looking to short against 46 since it had looked like it was the ceiling for the day and I was biased that it looked as if ready to become a range-day type of day in SPY. I was looking to cover some into a possible flush below vwap but it never did.

I set a stop immediately below 46 since it was a risk I was ready to take and I was heading into the meeting. I did not want to set above 46 and if it had gone quickly my fills could have been slippery.
