I initially wanted to scale in using the next whole number around 28 for a possible pullback into resistance and sell into the quick pop, but it was so strong and trending down along with the market that I did not have a chance to get out. I exited for a loss.

The worst thing I did was being not in the right frame of mind where I kept trying to predict the bottom, several times. The good thing was that I did not add heavy size each time thinking that this would be the spot to reverse. I guess this is an improvement where I am not being revengeful and easily could have been.

After my last cover, I realized that market was not going to pick a direction soon and it looked as if it was going to be a range day. Realizing this, I felt better about myself and built some confidence to take the next trade with better execution and thought process.
