market today was down 25 pts
we were bearish
we hit a demand zone
and i believe sellers offloaded there

it looked like a reversal but we smacked into a supply area at 4250 and continued to sell off.

30 min showing a doji candle

the trend is still in play should have followed that

things are trying to bounce off the demand zones
all stocks are showing at a major support demand areas
spy is trying to sell off further...
we basically had a retest and continued to go lower

i need to stop going against the trend in play

got out for a big loss
i set a stop loss but got emotional and removed it.

got in for the continuation of this down downtrend
not a buyer in site.
very interesting to see this play out.
no buyers can hold up the market right now.
its straight selling.

we are headed for the 4200 area.
very possible we can make it there.

we are at a demand zone with an ascending triangle...
not to sure have to see if we reject this supply zone

held this trade all day in hopes things would die down faster and they did but i was trying to recover my entire loss from my first trade.

I basically at this point have blown my account I have about $200 left.

will be taking a break and paper trading for now.

the real issue no stop losses and revenge trading.

i was profitable with the 2nd trade. i was focusing on trying to be green on the day and missed out on those profits. would have made about $250 on the 2nd trade if i got out
