market today was giving us choppy
we formed an ascending triangle broke out
we could not hold the highs
we came back down close to support

saw us creating higher lows

took a spy put after a retest

i got in near support not the greatest risk to reward area

410 area kept holding

should have gotten out with small gain

spy is in range between 409-415 as of 11:40am now

trading during the 11 am hour is just a waste very choppy

12pm lately has been providing some moves

buyers kept getting absorbed

we broke down exited my trade
