Was looking for an IDB.
Got in but didnt trust it so sold a bit before the 1st pull back.
Ended up getting scared with how far back it pulled back even though it didnt hit my stop.
Ended up selling more for breakeven.
Sold last pieces too soon b/c I didnt think it would go further but it it did end up reaching the next resistance level after my sell.

hey!
Intradaily breakout. If you follow Dom Mastromatteo, he talks about the IDB.Basically a breakout of a consolidation level that could potentially take you to the actual MDB (multiday breakout) level.
This stock has been a recent runner that has gone on a nice run for multiple days on high volume and has shown that it can follow the framework. that is why i was watching it.
If you look at a 15day 15min chart, you can see that there was resistance at the 4.4- 4.5 level. It was resistance of the last hour of the day before. It also seemed to be resistance in the morning of the day. I basically got in when it broke that resistance level.
Nice thank you for the detailed response! I guess I just never saw the acronym of IDB before but now I will definitely check out Dom Mastromatteo. Good luck today

Hey I'm curious what IDB means, also what was your criteria for entering at this spot?
