My trade size reflects my confidence in this trade. Showing strength for a bounce, I took a late entry long and ended up getting scared on on a dip before the rip.

This was an unnecessary loss. I sold out exactly at the bottom of the dip. So goes such things when trading emotionally.

To improve on such situations I need to:

  1. Have a better entry; put in a "hopeful" order at a better price. Even if that means that I may miss the trade
  2. Have a more realistic stop. A 4 cent stop was ridiculous. This chart would have been broken sub 2.60 and my stop should have been based off of that.
  3. Don't be so emotional and impulsive.

Overall, this trade is indicative of the last two days of trading which hasn't gone well. No big losses but just ugly trades that I usually don't take.
