- Was there edge? No, not enough extension and too early. As a prominently contra trader its hard to fight instinct but with these mass liquidation moves (SNAP and comps) have to look for early entries on 1min to join trend. Here the 9:45min inverse hammer off $80s was decent ss signal and one i shoulda used to exit long
- Did I have a (proper) stop? Yes
- Should I have lightened up (time stop) if not working?
- Sizing too big? Small?
- Why didnt trade work (something foreshadowing)? Terrible contra candidate so early in day 1 event
- Should I have re-entered after stop out? No
- What could I have done better? Avoided long, looked short.
- Would I make this trade again? No
