Entry: bear flag (but not really). I was looking at 19.70 as the level to break and after price broke it, I wanted to enter on a retest of the level. I did that, but it was problematic. The level had not really been well-established though. I need a significant level for a move like that to work.
Exit: stopped out
Comments: In future, retests are only really useful for levels with a lot of volume and strength. I was also trapped by the move down from the open. I don't think there was a long setup here either, even though it popped nicely. We were under the VWAP, but it was just choppy here. A better short entry would have been to short after 11:15 when the buyers were losing control and things were fading toward the VWAP and it went red again.
