Since you didn't say what you were playing on the daily or intraday, I'll just share what I see and hope it adds to your thoughts. Picture is worth a thousand words. Here's why I don't think you can look for a short (even though it actually DID go short later)

I watch the intraday for gold related stocks. My volume was too large and Prodigio has been running past my stops with NUGT for some reasons.
