1st Trade 12:12:40 thought it was the beginning of the 2nd leg up for a Mountain Pass at 15.15. Was just below the EMA9. Thought it would go up to 15.35. I did not read the 5-min chart for support. It declined to previous support at 14.88. Shorted at 15.06 limit order to lower average cost. VWAP at $14.98. SYP declined further. Doubled down on shares by mistake at 14.75. Held limit order sale at 14.53.

At 1PM once the previous low gets broken (and with volume too), the possibility for an uptrend is over.
Remember that and uptrend by definition needs higher lows/highs
