Situation See previous trade notes... After stopping out b/e on my long the report was so bad and the market could not hold I looked to flip short for continuation to the downside. My target was the lows at 3960 and continuation to the next level at 3930 With the combo at 3945.

Self-Talk At the combo area and key level 3950 I sold half of my position and set the stop to B/e. The market started to consolidate at the 3960 area and I added back to the position at this area. This brought my cost average to 3965. Going into the cash open I didnt know what the reaction from the market would be so I wanted to be flat going into the open.

After stopping out b/e at 3965 I noted the market could not bounce back to 3980 and was very weak. I reentered the same trade at 3960 again targeting the lows of the day at 3948 and continuing to 3930. I at the retest of the lows I pressed into this area and sold 2/3 of my position at the break of this area. I then adjusted my stop to b/e again and put out sales at 3931. I was filled at this area soon after open as the market sold off at the open.

I left 2 runners at 3950 and the market made a slight bounce and stopped me out before continuing to the lows at 3900.
