Entry: short the flat bottom at resistance as buying volume was dissipating and the price action was getting tighter.
Catalyst: It was announced that the company was being investigated by the SEC. Things were already bearish on the daily chart.

Result: I had a fairly wide stop at 0.81 and tightened it after a while when the 0.70 level eventually got retested. It bounced a bit during the first few minutes after entering, but I stuck with it and got the move. I decided to take the whole position off at once since I didn't foresee another significant leg to this move (quite extended to the downside).
