Thesis: Very bearish sentiment overall so was just looking to play outs mainly. Was also not looking to jump straight in and was looking for a rejection off of supply etc.
Entry Confirmations: 30min supply with a 1hr above, approaching trend line that it rejected so wasn't expecting a break with no news/catalyst.
EXIT confirmations: Exited 1con well just bc I was panicky as I went a bit too large. 2nd exit was down at a demand zone which already had a bounce and the candle was pretty strong. 3rd contract was held onto a little too long I was supposed to exit on the break of 374 but froze a little expecting it to come back down (which it did eventually).
What can I do to improve: Be more disciplined and reduce size a little and not get too greedy(part of the reason I froze) Also for entries wait for a break of a trend line or even on the 2min if the candle is a bearish or bullish engulfing
