Entry: shorted after what I perceived as a short squeeze and things had settled down a bit. I saw a level forming around 6.50 and I endeavored to get a decent short entry price. The bearish thesis is pretty obvious from the daily chart. This stock looks to be going somewhere near zero. It had just done a reverse split which put it over $6 and now it gets to stay in the NASDAQ for a bit. This was enough to get some volume and cause the squeeze.
Result: I got the move after a few minutes and took most of my position off after the first leg down. I had only 7 shares left and held it with patience to see if I could trail it to catch as much of the move as possible. I was looking for a third leg down to 5.50 or 5.00, but it didn't come and price action stalled around 6, so I ejected after waiting long enough.
