I took the opening range break as a scalp with big size, for me. This was about as no-brainer of a trade as I get. The high of day was something like 283.76, so the first time I saw the eighties flash on the time and sales, I hit the buy button 3 times to buy 3 lots. I was waiting for this to setup for quite some time so I was ready when it happened.
Since I took it with size, I was quickly looking to sell even a little in the money. I probably sold the first lot too quickly, but I was looking to cover some risk and reduce size. It was a simple scalp that was meant to capture only one leg. Momentum stalled around 284.50 and I was out.
