huge rally off lows with no real pause and then spike thru yest low into yest close but more importantly SPY $380s. Great short

yea majority of my trades come after 10am bc there is a ton of chop/whip (indecision) in first 30 mins as bulls and bears fight for control.

Are most of your trades after 30minutes when the mkt has settled down? I see majority of your trade are often around 10am-1pm ish
