Let The SPY choose a direction and take the LOD/HOD brake trade on stocks following the SPY. Ride the trade until the first sing of trouble then cover.

META broke low of day and I took two trades because of a pull back on the 2 min candle

Lessons
This should have been one trade not two. Trade off the 5 min candle.
