INITIAL THOUGHTS
15m and 3om candle showed a big move downwards. More than the usual swing. One thing I noticed with big drastic swings is that they bounce back shortly after. Sometimes instantly but no more than a few days if anything. I decided I was going to ride the wave up scalping.

UPDATE
Drilled down to the 5m and 3m candles to wait for the swing. Soon as I saw the red candles getting smaller and the green candle gaining momentum, I hopped in. Hit a low of -$4000 but I still had faith on the bounce.

REFLECTION
Trade was successful. Closed it for +$3500. I want to start and try using SL and TP with Gold but it's so volatile. Will study the pair more to gain more insight. Just to add to that, I don't think SL and TP are used when scalping.
