I am an RSI reversion to mean trader. I usually day trade. So for this one I simply saw a gap down. BABA got hit with new regulatory fines d=for not disclosing correct figures on some purchases it made. The morning RSI showed it was RIPE for a long so I pulled the trigger. The problem is I over leveraged and emotionally didn't have the capital to hold it. I accepted a loss and will reel in my position size for next time!
